If you are not fully satisfied, products may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
HOW TO START A REFUND?
If you would like to return your product(s), please email support@avlaboratories.com and include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with the return address.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after the returned product(s) have been received.
RETURN DETAILS
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Product samples are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Returns for any discounted products, including product bundles, will receive a refund for the price paid.
- Returns of items that qualified for a free promotional item(s) must be returned with the free promotional item(s).
- Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. If your original payment method is no longer valid, we will issue a refund in the form of a digital store credit.
- While we strive to accommodate all returns, we reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who may misuse or abuse this policy.
REFUND INFORMATION
Packages that are shipped to us remain the sender’s responsibility and a refund will not be given until we receive them. We recommend using a tracking or signed service for your returns and keep a copy of proof-of-postage for your records. Refunds will appear between 3-7 business days after receiving and processing your return, depending on your financial institution.
